In this role, you will operate as an independent contractor closely affiliated with our team, providing critical support during periods of leave and ensuring key functions remain uninterrupted. While you will maintain the flexibility typical of locum roles, a commitment to regular availability and onsite engagement is essential in the case of this position. The role of a Locum Wellbeing Coach supports employee wellbeing by delivering on-demand and structured counseling sessions, group interventions, and wellness checks for a diverse workforce in the Trust and Safety industry. The role involves facilitating individual and group sessions, managing crisis interventions, and designing mental health and resilience-building activities.Please note flexibility will be required to work public holidays and potentially for varied shift patterns, to meet the needs of the role and support team coverage. The role is fully onsite with no facility to work remotely at present.
