4-H Mentoring Site Coordinator

The Site Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting volunteer mentors and matching them with referred youth at Roosevelt Elementary Schools. This position works to foster positive youth development by coordinating meaningful mentoring experiences, family engagement opportunities, and service-learning activities. The Site Coordinator will monitor mentoring relationships to ensure successful matches and provide ongoing support to youth, mentors, and families.
