MS/LPN/Supervisor

Provides direct patient care in a manner which displays respect for the patients' rights, dignity, values, confidentiality and expressed needs. Provides leadership in the practice setting by committing to practice excellence and acting as a role model for clinical support staff and assuring their job performance complies with all regulatory guidelines. Coordinates clinical support staff response to walk-ins in emergent and other situations as needed to assure tasks performed are in compliance with departmental and TMH policies and procedures, and within staff educational preparation as well as the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
