Job Summary: Lead two crews, General Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Mechanics to insure a safe reliable operation of the Physical Plant. Keep records of fuel oil inventory, annual inspections and insurance records. Knowledgeable with the mechanical operation of the hospital and the mechanical equipment.
