About The Role

Facilitates and documents communication, acceptance, and/or denial of patients seeking admission or transfer into or from Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) in a call center setting. Facilitates communication between TMH physicians, the TMH Emergency Center, and transferring providers and facilities. Assists the Bed Management Team and the charge registered nurse (RN) in managing direct admits, transfers into the hospital, and emergency admissions. Reports:
