Job Overview Evaluates suppliers' operations and products for compliance with company quality standards; influences supplier selection. Job Requirements Evaluate, qualify, approve appropriate new, competitive suppliers. Researching, evaluating and making recommendations regarding the selection of potential suppliers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect required documentation, submit forms, obtain approvals and enter into internal systems. Determining feasibility commitments related to production process and product. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
