At least 8-10 years of lean operation and/or structured problem solving (six sigma) experience. 2. Minimum 3-5 years manufacturing operation, production, quality, logistic, .. working experience in International Automotive industry; 3. Strong Lean/ Kaizen continuous improvement capability; 4. Strong problem solving capability What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)
