Job Overview Job Requirement Developing and executing strategic communications programs across multiple channels like Internal Newsletter, myTE, Town Hall, Employee Video, Orange Day, Family Day, etc. Partner with local teams to craft stories and drive consistent messages and internal engagement across countries. Monitoring social, economic, and political trends that may impact the organization and formulating recommendations to enhance the organization's image and messaging strategy in line with those trends. Supporting BU senior management to plan and deploy informative and compelling executive communications, including scripts, organization messages and events. Collaborating with a network of "communications champions" at major sites and across key functions within the business unit/segment to support the implementation of communication strategies and ensure a proactive communications program that engages all office and manufacturing employees. Partner with HR and other functions to implement the overall internal communications initiatives like EVC Communications, Life @ TE, Recognition Awards. Job Requirements BA/BS degree in marketing communications, journalism, public relations or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience 5+years’ experience including a demonstrated ability to effective communications and campaigns. Passionate with internal communications, dynamic, high energy team player. Mature, credible, patient, and results‑driven with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently, able to multi-task and perform under pressure and willing to roll-up sleeves and do the work required to flawless execution. Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across functions and levels in a large matrix organization. Experience in transportation industry is a plus.
