Job Requirements Compiling and maintaining documentation of customer problems, questions, and requests. Assisting in documenting the commonly asked questions regarding technical support and presentations for a particular line of products. Documenting the bugs and issues, troubleshooting for the same, and assisting in the field testing the new products with various scenarios. Assisting in conducting engineering customer events and conferences and scheduling technical training.
