About The Role

استقبال المواد والتحقق من جودتها وكميتها.
تخزين المواد وتسميتها بشكل صحيح.
تجهيز وتوزيع المواد حسب الطلب والإنتاج.
تحديث سجلات المخزون بنظام WMS وERP.
التنسيق مع المبيعات والمالية.

Receive incoming materials and verify quality, quantity, and condition based on purchase order and delivery note.
Store materials in designated locations with proper label and care to ensure easy retrieval and safety.
Prepare and issue materials as per internal requests and production schedules.
Update inventory records accurately using the warehouse systems (WMS & ERP).
Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies immediately to the warehouse management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area according to safety and operational standards.
Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth warehouse workflow.
Follow and enforce safety protocols during handling, storage, and movement of materials.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing.
Basic to intermediate English communication skills (reading and writing).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Strong leadership skills and experience in dealing with warehouse workers.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good organizational, accuracy, and time management skills.
مهارات تواصل باللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى أساسي إلى متوسط (القراءة والكتابة).
إتقان Microsoft Excel .
الإلمام بـ WMS (نظم إدارة المستودعات) .
مهارات قيادة قوية وخبرة في التعامل مع عمال المستودع.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل مع مهام متعددة بكفاءة.
مهارات تنظيم جيدة، ودقة، وإدارة وقت ممتازة.
