Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Basic knowledge of maintenance methodologies (TPM, RCM) and continuous improvement tools Strong analytical skills with a willingness to work with data, KPIs, and digital tools Hands-on mindset with motivation to learn production and maintenance operations Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with technicians and engineers Ability to design all production process procedures and documentation Ability to track Monthly Stock. Strong Coordination with lab and dispatch team to reprocess dead Stock inventory. Problem ‑ solving attitude with a proactive and improvement ‑ oriented approach Willingness to work in a fast ‑ paced manufacturing environment English proficiency and MS Office (Excel) knowledge are considered an advantage Are you interested?
