About The Role

Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team as the lead process engineer and/or senior technical advisor for multiple projects.- Develop the heat and material balance for new projects using process simulation tools.- Create process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).- Perform equipment sizing calculations and prepare equipment data sheets.- Perform detailed hydraulic calculations to determine pipe sizes, control valve sizing, compressor and pump duties, etc.- Perform facility overpressure protection calculations, PSV sizing, and documentation.- Lead and/or participate in safety reviews, HAZOP/PHAs, and PSM activities.- Develop Design Basis for new projects.- Develop Process Control Narrative document and support Cause & Effect document.-...
