About The Role
The Lead Engineer IV is the team’s senior technical and delivery leader. Engineers do not report to this role administratively, but their day-to-day work is orchestrated and directed by it. The Lead Engineer IV remains a hands-on individual contributor while also running the team’s Agile process in a Scrum-Master-like capacity – facilitating ceremonies, sequencing work, and removing blockers – and owning the team’s technical direction, including how the team adopts and governs AI-assisted, agentic development practices.
