Manager - Clinical Lab

The Laboratory Manger provides administrative, financial and operational leadership for the laboratory, functioning as the primary leader responsible for day-to-day laboratory operations. Responsibilities include oversight of laboratory workflow, staffing and personnel management, budgeting, equipment management, quality improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness (CLIA, CAP, JC, ACHC and other applicable agencies), vendor coordination, and implementation of laboratory policies and procedures, performs only those waived, moderate, or highly complex tests authorized by CLIA, scope of practice listed under NAC 652.420 and NAC 652.410 and must possess a degree of skill commensurate with individual’s education, training or experience and technical abilities....
