RN Director of Nursing /Clinical Administrator - Long Term Care (LTC)

Presbyterian Homes & Services - HallMar Village is seeking a Director of Nursing / Clinical Administrator to join our Long Term Care team leading the clinical operations of our 60-bed Long Term Care community. REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Clinical Administrator reports to the Care Center Administrator or Campus Administrator (depending on the care setting) and directly supervises all clinical services which may include: Clinical Coordinators, Infection Control, Staffing Coordinator, RNs, LPNs, Medication Assistants, and Resident Assistants. The Clinical Administrator also oversees the use of contracted services for clinical care.
