Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with users, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on moderation policies.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to maintain a safe user environment.
• Analyze trends in content and user behavior to improve moderation practices and user engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine community guidelines and enhance overall user experience.
• Maintain thorough documentation of moderation actions for accuracy in reporting and audits.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with best practices in content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong understanding of online community standards and user engagement strategies.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and empathetically.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage content-related challenges.
