Operations Trainer

Job Title: Operations Trainer Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver structured, hands-on training aligned with DOJO curriculum and company standards to new hires. Demonstrate standard operating procedures and proper use of tools and materials. Train with intention while instructing new hires on proper techniques, safety protocols, and standard work. Observe and assess trainee performance by watching for accuracy, pace, and safe behavior. Offer consistent and constructive feedback and tips to help the new hire understand the operations. Create a supportive learning space that encourages questions and fosters a positive attitude toward continuous learning and adaptability. Ensure floor readiness by tracking progress of each hire using the DOJO evaluation tools. Sign off on skills when consistently demonstrated to standard. Required Skills: Strong communication skills including speaking to groups (10-30 count) Able to communicate effectively with peers, managers, and new hires Dexterity and process knowledge Strong coaching and mentorship ability Attention to detail Proficient in standard assembly line processes Reliability and adaptability Highly organized with strong time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a trainer in a production or manufacturing environment.
