Role Summary

The role is primarily responsible for providing support to trading desks, liaising with third parties on confirming transactions and settlements on time, performing reconciliations, and streamlining processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver real time support to Portfolio Managers and Trading Desk to ensure accurate execution processing and rapid response to booking, allocation and settlement issues.
• Perform fund operations including trade bookings, trade matching, failed trade investigations, daily reconciliations, P&L reconciliation.
• Liaise with executing brokers, prime brokers, and fund administrators on break resolutions
• Streamline and document workflow through automation and process review.
• Perform collateral and margin reporting
• Degree holder in Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience working in financial services
• Good knowledge of Listed products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, lean team environment.
• Positive and proactive mindset with good problem-solving skills
• Strong excel VBA & programming preferred
