About The Role

Role location : This position can be based in Warsaw, Poland , or Barcelona, Spain . The Responsibilities: Conduct regulatory assessments and ensure compliance of raw materials and the mixtures made from them Create, maintain, and continuously update product and raw material specifications Handle internal and external inquiries about the product portfolio, especially regarding regulatory questions Assist in the preparation, implementation, and management of Halal and Kosher certifications The Requirements: Completed scientific degree (e.g., Chemistry, Nutritional Sciences, Food Chemistry, or Food Technology) First work experience in Regulatory Affairs or food law is an advantage Confident user of MS Office, ideally with SAP experience Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken is mandatory Structured and careful working style with a strong sense of quality High reliability, initiative, and sense of responsibility Strong team skills and good communication abilities High commitment and flexibility in daily work What do we offer: Stable employment in a well-established global company Competitive salary aligned with your experience Private medical care and health insurance Benefit card Hybrid working model (4 days office / 1 day remote) A collaborative and supportive work environmen As this role requires regular communication in English, we kindly request that all applications (CVs and supporting documents) be submitted in English.
