The Senior Program Manager will lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across our Customer Experience and Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) portfolio. This individual will drive complex, cross-functional programs spanning Product, IT, Engineering, Operations, Business, and external vendor teams.
