Overview The Indirect Procurement Sr. Analyst (APAC) for Crocs, Inc. is responsible for supporting APAC indirect procurement through data analysis, reporting, supplier evaluation, sourcing support, and process optimization. It helps identify cost-saving opportunities, manage supplier performance and contract compliance, and provides insights to support procurement decisions and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Drive APAC indirect procurement analysis to identify spend trends, cost-saving opportunities, risks, and process improvement areas, applying a Think mindset to support fact-based decisions. Manage sourcing support activities, including supplier screening, RFI/RFP preparation, proposal analysis, scoring, and negotiation materials to help Achieve business and cost objectives. Maintain supplier evaluation records by reviewing financials, capabilities, service quality, performance, and risk factors to support supplier selection and long-term value creation. Track procurement KPIs, cost savings, supplier performance, and contract compliance to provide accurate reporting and visibility for stakeholders. Communicate insights, recommendations, and procurement updates clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and cross-functional teams. Manage supplier onboarding, contract implementation, compliance monitoring, and procure-to-pay process improvements for preferred vendors. Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers to Connect teams, align priorities, and ensure smooth execution of procurement initiatives across APAC. Maintain a Grow and Innovate mindset by learning from data, feedback, and business needs to continuously improve procurement capabilities and scalable ways of working. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in Math or Sciences Related Subject (e.g. Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Sciences), and MBA degree is preferred. Three to five years’ relevant experience within a procurement, data analytics, management consulting or business intelligence/strategy team. Experience with advanced procurement technologies and systems, a plus Retail or FMCG industry experience is preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills. Advanced PowerPoint skills required. Outstanding technical and analytical skills. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems. Expert level Excel User: Ability to use advanced equations and functions within Microsoft Excel (Index-Match, Calculated Fields in Pivot tables, -Writing Macros). Ability to manage and update large datasets accurately from multiple inputs and track changes. Ability to clearly, concisely and visually summarize and interpret large volumes of data into management reports. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages are preferable (e.g. Japanese or Korean).
