Civil Construction Process Engineer

Under the direction of the Recruiting Manager, the Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing and owning the end-to-end onboarding process for all ASRC Shared Services new hires. This role serves as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, HR, IT, Procurement, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience from offer acceptance through successful integration into the organization.
