Finance Manager ANSA McAL Chemicals Limited ANSA McAL Chemicals Limited is seeking a dynamic, commercially focused, and results-driven professional to join our team as Finance Manager . This position plays a critical role in providing financial leadership and business partnership across the organization, supporting strategic decision-making, financial performance management, governance, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable business growth and financial success. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements, management reports, forecasts, and business performance insights. Support the budgeting, forecasting, and annual business planning processes. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and profitability to ensure the achievement of business objectives. Review and challenge financial results, forecasts, business cases, and investment proposals to support informed decision-making. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and Human Resources teams to drive financial accountability and business performance. Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators and recommend initiatives to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency. Prepare quarterly reporting packages and support statutory and regulatory reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, internal controls, and corporate governance policies. Lead internal and external audit processes and drive the implementation of audit recommendations. Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, systems, and automation. Lead finance transformation projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and system enhancements. Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the Finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with Group Finance, auditors, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders. Act on behalf of the CFO as required and represent the Finance function in leadership and cross-functional meetings. Qualifications & Experience Professional accounting designation such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent. Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar finance leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal controls. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence decisions across functions.
