Major Duties: • Support to prepare parts quotation by using price list • Follow up quotation • Register order/project in SAP • Release request to planner & buyer • Follow up delivery plan by coordination with planner and buyer • Push urgent parts for pick up and packing • Push parts/production for orders in backlog • Timely update fixed price list according to buyer’s notification • Follow up receivables and handle commission • Prepare shipping documentation and invoice • Register failures case, collect warranty related cost Competencies: • Good English communication skill in reading/writing and oral • Good at excel or any other data processing software • To be patient and meticulous for each task • A sense of responsibility All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
