About The Role

  • 1、负责摄像头模组（ISP）的图像效果调试，参与白平衡、色彩还原、曝光控制、降噪等核心参数的标定与优化；
  • 2、协助搭建图像质量（IQ）测试环境，执行客观测试（如解析力、色彩偏差、动态范围等）与主观画质评估，并输出规范的测试报告；
  • 3、配合研发及生产团队，跟踪并分析测试或量产阶段出现的图像异常问题（如偏色、暗角、条纹等），协助定位原因并验证修复方案；
  • 4、学习并熟练使用各类图像调试工具、抓图软件及自动化测试脚本，提升调试效率与数据准确性；
  • 5、协助整理图像调试SOP（标准作业程序）、测试用例及历史问题库，参与完善部门图像质量评估标准。

  • 2、具备扎实的图像处理基础，了解色彩空间、曝光原理、ISP基本处理流程（如3A算法、Gamma、Demosaic等）者优先；
  • 3、熟悉基本的测试仪器使用（如照度计、色温仪、图卡等），了解Python/MATLAB/C++等任一编程语言，能编写简单数据处理脚本者优先；
  • 4、对视觉与摄影有浓厚兴趣，具备敏锐的色彩感知力和细节观察力；逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的问题分析与解决能力；
  • 5、责任心强，具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神，能够适应一定强度的调试与测试工作。
