Field Service Engineer - CDO

Your role To succeed, you will need Experience Strong electrical background with experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electromechanical equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Knowledge of motor control systems, VFDs, electrical panels, and industrial automation systems is an advantage. Experience working in a workshop repair and field service environment, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Adaptable and willing to adjust work schedules based on customer requirements, including evening or weekend work. Proactive, self-driven, and accountable in addressing customer needs and delivering solutions. Proficient in using technology to improve efficiency and productivity. Holds a valid driver's license and is willing to travel to customer sites. Strong work management, customer relationship, retention, coaching, and mentoring skills. Good product and technical knowledge. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Mechanical Engineering (BSME), Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE), or a related field. Technical Skills: Computer proficient. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
