Your Role The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated brand and trade marketing strategies for Korea market. Using breakthrough thinking and category, consumer, brand and customer understanding to create a clear and ambitious growth vision and strategy for the assigned portfolio. This is a role of high strategic importance for the assigned portfolio. You’ll be part of the marketing team working across a range of varied and exciting brand projects, from our big bang national advertising campaigns, through to building a standout brand and trade experience across direct-to-consumer channels. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute integrated brand and trade marketing plans aligned with business objectives. • Drive marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions, and activations across retail, out-of-home, eCommerce, and digital channels. • Partner with Sales, Business Development, and distributors to develop customer-focused initiatives that drive sales and market share. • Lead new product launches, including positioning, pricing, customer sell-in, and market execution. • Support the development of the Integrated Business Plan by translating category strategy into local market opportunities. • Manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring effective investment, clear budget ownership, performance tracking, and strong ROI. • Monitor campaign performance through defined KPIs and recommend continuous improvements based on insights and results. • Build strong relationships with distributors, agencies, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and execution. Skills and Experience Must have: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent. • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in brand/product management/trade marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry. • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated brand and trade plans. • Strong Analytical skills, able to efficiently manage data sets and identify metrics for growth opportunities • Strong communication; able to network, influence and coordinate between various stakeholders Nice to have: • You are always obsessed with consumer intimacy and completely immersed in the world of the consumer, intimately understanding consumers' current needs and curious about future needs. • You are an excellent communicator and able to work in a multi-cultural environment. • Media-savvy, particularly in digital marketing and know-how. • Experienced in project and budget management. • Natural multitasker and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment • Systems: Kantar and Euro monitor • Skills: o Analytical skills and data manipulation/drilling o Experience in managing SEA markets preferred o Diverse background of FMCG/Start up Who we are looking for • Bias for action, drive for results • Networking and influencing • A strong sense of ownership and accountability • Organisationally and analytically strong • High level of resilience and problem solving • A dot connector • Curiosity: A customer centric mindset. • Ability to perform under tight deadlines • Relevant values, drivers for this role o Performance and growth mindset o Agility to thrive in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world o Flexibility to drive change • Passionate about Tea Please apply online by clicking on “Apply” below.
