As a CTP Claims Consultant, you'll support people who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, helping them navigate their recovery journey. This is a rewarding role where you'll make a genuine difference every day while developing valuable skills in claims management, legislation, negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management. We provide training and ongoing support, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the insurance industry. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of motor accident injury claims, guiding customers through the claims and recovery process. Build strong relationships with injured people, rehabilitation providers, healthcare providers, legal representatives, and other stakeholders. Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting customers through challenging and often emotional circumstances. Gather and assess information to make informed decisions and ensure claims are managed in line with legislation and internal requirements. Proactively identify barriers to recovery and work with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. Balance customer needs, claim requirements, and business outcomes in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Bring Experience in a customer facing role such as customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare or community services. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of people. Genuine empathy and a passion for helping others. Resilience and the ability to remain calm and professional when handling sensitive, emotional, or challenging situations. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. Confidence using technology and navigating multiple systems. No prior insurance experience is required.
