The Opportunity We are looking for a Driving Instructor To ensure accident free defensive driving by all users of company vehicles/MHE by successful staff selection, induction, assessment, training and development on an on-going basis. Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted: Bachelor’s degree in any related field 1-2 years of experience as Driving & MHE Instructor . Certified Driving & MHE Instructor. to conduct trade tests for new employees as part of the selection process control induction of all new drivers - MHE operators ensuring effective completion prior to authorization of driving poultry vehicles To personally provide MHE Training Programs Excellent communications skills verbal and write in English Action Oriented, Plans and Aligns, Communicates Effectively Self-Awareness, Technical knowledge, Operational knowledge Quality Standards Knowledge; Health & Safety Knowledge.
