• ✅ Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline systems
• ✅ Connect and pair clients with the right Outside Sales Agent for their needs
• ✅ Maintain relationships and engage with past clients
• ✅ Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and achieve collective goals
