Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly processed and recorded
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff

Skills

Strong background in hospitality and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations

Proficiency in front desk procedures, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette

Ability to perform night audit functions accurately while maintaining attention to detail

Knowledge of P.E.P. PMS software and hotel management systems is a plus

Exceptional communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster positive guest interactions
