As a Business Process Transformation Junior Officer , you will support process improvement and automation initiatives across the company. You will work with business and technology teams to analyze processes, coordinate implementation, and help ensure new solutions are adopted successfully. What You’ll Do Review & get in details on business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Support AI and automation projects through data collection, analysis, testing, and documentation. Coordinate with stakeholders and assist with project tracking, change management, and training activities. Measure the impact of automation initiatives through reports, dashboards, and operational data. Support continuous improvement projects aligned with business objectives. What You’ll Bring to the Team Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 . Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome. Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, data visualization, or automation tools is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn about AI and digital transformation.
