Position details Location: Natchitoches, Louisiana area Employment type: Full-time Work setting: Multiple long-term care facilities Responsibilities Provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities. Manage an independent schedule and caseload. Travel between multiple facilities within the assigned territory. Work collaboratively with the broader MDB Health Services team while operating independently in the field. Required qualifications Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in good standing. Ability and willingness to travel to multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius. Ability to work independently and manage a self-directed schedule. Commitment to serving older adults and residents of long-term care communities.
