Design Engineer

BENEFITS: 10 paid holidays per year 2 weeks of paid time off per year, the current year is pro-rated based on start date Access to the company’s medical insurance, including dental and vision Eligibility for life insurance and disability coverage for short or long-term disabilities or long- term care needs 401 (k) eligibility with employer contribution annually Reimbursement for relocation expenses up to a certain amount on a case-by-case basis Yearly bonus based on company performance JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN: CREO or similar 3D modeling and 2D drawing experience Drawings conforming to ASME Y14.5 Welded structure design Access system design (Handrails, walkway, platforms, stairs/ladders, gates, hinges, latches, etc.) Sheet metal design Design to meet regulation compliance and to meet internal design standards Will start with modeling and drawings then providing design concepts EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Engineering or Technical degree preferred but not required Master's degree is overqualified 5+years of work experience REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Creo GD&T knowledge Design for manufacturability knowledge Design validation experience Heavy equipment experience/knowledge (mining, construction or ag equipment) DESIRED SKILLS: ISO 2867 knowledge is a plus We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and global team.
