OSP Engineering Manager

Job Description: Lead and manage the Philippines-based OSP engineering team, overseeing daily workflows, project assignments, capacity planning, and performance management​ Serve as the primary technical liaison between FBR Global's U.S.-based leadership and the offshore engineering team, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations​ Establish, implement, and continuously improve engineering processes, quality standards, and delivery frameworks across fiber design and permitting service lines​ Review and approve complex engineering design packages, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters​ Monitor project throughput, turnaround times (TAT), and quality metrics (rework rate, FTA rate) and report weekly to senior leadership​ Collaborate with the QC Manager to enforce design standards and proactively address recurring quality issues before client delivery​ Support onboarding, training, and professional development of new team members across technical and platform skill tracks​ Coordinate with U.S. project managers on client-specific standards, scope changes, and escalation management Qualifications: Must have at least 4 - 5 years of OSP engineering experience and at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role Has deep knowledge of fiber network design (FTTH, OSP, ISP) Must have been a graduate (or attain an equivalent certification) of BS in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Monitor project throughput, turnaround times (TAT), and quality metrics (rework rate, FTA rate) and report weekly to senior leadership​ Experience managing remote/offshore teams preferred
