About The Role

  • 1.负责客户的开发、维护，接待和咨询，提供全方位的专业服务；
  • 2.积极开展市场调研，收集并分析周边项目招商情况及市场动态，定期提供相关报告和建议，为招商决策提供支持；
  • 3.负责与潜在客户进行招商谈判，协商商务条款，协助客户办理签署合同及相关手续，确保客户的顺利入驻；
  • 4.建立并维护客户数据库，建立客户档案，定期进行客户回访和跟进；
  • 5.及时处理客户投诉，确保客户满意度；
  • 6.负责租金费用的跟进及催缴，确保公司收益；
  • 7.完成上级主管交办的其他事宜。
  • 1.本科学历，市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先；
  • 2.具有1年以上招商、销售工作经验优先，有地产相关行业经验者更佳；
  • 3.具备良好的商务谈判技巧和合同管理能力及客户服务意识；
  • 4.形象良好，沟通能力强，具备团队合作精神和抗压能力。
