Dedicated CDL-A Route Driver | Weekly Home Time | Southeast

This opportunity is designed for experienced Class A CDL drivers who don't mind staying active throughout the workday. Drivers unload freight using a roller system and are compensated through a combination of mileage pay and additional accessorial pay.

If you prefer no-touch freight, this position may not be the right fit. If you're looking for consistent work and the opportunity to earn more through unload and backhaul pay, we'd like to hear from you.

Position Details

• Dedicated regional account
• Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset

Average

• 1,100–1,300 miles per week
• 100% touch freight
• Driver unload using rollers
• Primarily retail store deliveries
• Freight operates throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama
• Freightliners and Kenworth tractors
• Routes may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation

$0.63 CPM

Average weekly earnings

Approximately $1,300–$1,600

Average annual earnings

• Approximately $67,000–$83,000

• When mileage pay and eligible accessorial compensation are combined,
• all-in pay may reach approximately $1.20 per mile

Paid Training

Qualified drivers complete one week of paid ride-along training with an experienced driver following orientation.

What You'll Need

Applicants must

Valid Class A CDL

Minimum

• 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to perform frequent driver unloads
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Secure parking for both the tractor and trailer during home time
• Be at least 21 years old
• Meet applicable DOT qualification requirements
• Be authorized to work in the United States
