About The Role

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated account serving retail locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. This position offers weekly home time, dedicated freight, and additional compensation for unloading and backhaul assignments.

Drivers on this account unload freight using a roller system at customer locations.

Schedule

Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
Average 1,500 miles per week
Average 1-6 delivery stops per trailer

Compensation

$0.60-$0.73 CPM
(based on experience)

Average weekly earnings

$1,725-$2,200
$250 unload pay
per trailer
$35 backhaul pay
$125 weekly incentive
for completing three unloads
Additional pay for qualifying deliveries into New York City boroughs
Sign-on bonus available for qualified applicants

Job Responsibilities

Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely
Deliver dry van freight to retail locations
Unload freight using a roller system
Complete required inspections and electronic logs
Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL

Minimum

3 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must meet DOT qualification requirements
