What We Offer: Competitive pay of $55/hour, depending on experience Flexible scheduling – choose the shifts that work best for you Completion bonuses and incentive programs Employee referral bonuses Paid training and continuing education opportunities Supportive clinical team available 24/7 Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Meaningful work that positively impacts children and families Position Responsibilities As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will: Deliver skilled, individualized nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and interventions Manage specialized equipment, including G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Educate and support families regarding care plans and treatment goals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required Pediatric nursing experience preferred Ventilator and tracheostomy experience preferred Current BLS certification required PALS certification preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently in a home care setting Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned cases within NYC Available Schedules Day shifts Evening shifts Overnight shifts Weekend shifts Part-Time and Per Diem opportunities available, with expected hours ranging from 16–40 hours per week.
