About the Position

As a

Per Diem HHA

, you’ll provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

Your responsibilities may include

Assisting with personal care and hygiene
Providing medication reminders
Preparing light meals and keeping the home tidy
Offering companionship and emotional support

What You’ll Need

At least
1 year of HHA experience
Valid NY HHA certificate
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Recent physical (within 12 months)
PPD or QuantiFERON (within 12 months)
or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
MMR immunization (within 10 years)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
(especially needed for Westchester cases)
