We seek an experienced Human Resources Analyst to serve as part of ACI’s Government Programs Team, which supports CPE ISW for IEW&S HQs <SETA.As> a Human Resources Analyst, you will be responsible for various Human Resources functions involving assisting the tracking of workforce training and development. archives and/or working files. Additionally, you will:Track workforce training and development.Maintain training tracking systems, analyze training needs and schedule training.Track and report on acquisition certification <status.Post>, track, correct, and update the Human Resources SharePoint site. Maintain awards program data and operations. Conduct database management of HR personnel sites.
