About The Role

  • Dedicated Regional CDL-A Driver | 100% Touch Freight | Weekly 34-hour Home Reset
  • This dedicated regional route offers high earning potential backed by a $1,700/week True-Up Guarantee post-training, top-tier late-model equipment, and weekly home time.

Pay & Financial Incentives

  • Annual Potential: $88,000 – $98,000+/year
  • Guaranteed Safety Net: $1,700 Weekly True-Up Pay post-training (Must maintain full availability, have zero service issues, and take no unexcused time off)
  • All-In Average Rate: ~$1.40 per mile (CPM + accessorials + stop pay combined)
  • Trailer Unload Pay: $245 per full trailer unload
  • Stop Pay: $25 per stop
  • Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul
  • Paid Ride-Along Training: $150/day (1-week training alongside an experienced driver)
  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Schedule
  • After 1st Load: $500
  • At 30 Days: $500

Job Details & Workload

  • Home Time: Weekly 34-hour home reset.
  • Weekly Volume: ~1,200 – 1,500 miles across ~3 loads per week.
  • Stops: 3 to 7 stops per load.
  • Freight Handling: 100% touch freight; live store unloads using roller systems.
  • Running Area: Delivering dedicated freight across 11 states: AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, and WV.
  • Equipment: Late-model International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors.

Shift & Operational Details

  • Dispatch: Early morning dispatch starts with store deliveries throughout the day.
  • Schedule: Requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience within the last 36 months.
  • Physical capability to perform store unloads using roller ramps.
  • Strong customer service, patience, and professional communication skills.
  • Must bring 2 weeks of personal supplies to orientation.
  • Note: This position is NOT SAP friendly.
