Conversion Creative Designer

About the Role

• We are looking for a Performance Creative Designer who believes that design is not only about aesthetics—it is about influencing customer behavior and driving business results.
• Your mission is to transform marketing messages into high-performing visual creatives that increase attention, improve engagement, and ultimately generate more conversions.
• You will work closely with Media Buyers, Conversion Copywriters, and Creative Strategists to create and continuously improve ad creatives based on real performance data.

What You'll Do

• Design high-converting creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Display.
• Transform the same marketing message into multiple visual concepts.
• Create different visual approaches for the same offer without changing the copy.
• Design static and motion creatives optimized for paid advertising.
• Develop creative variations based on testing hypotheses.
• Iterate winning creatives instead of producing random refreshes.
• Participate in weekly creative performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Copywriters and Media Buyers to improve campaign performance.
• Maintain brand identity while maximizing conversion potential.
• Organize design files using a scalable creative system.
