About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our thriving Tempe center. You’ll be joining a collaborative environment with two experienced BCBAs already on site — professionals who take pride in fostering an inclusive, supportive, and high-quality care culture.

In this role, you’ll work in-center, providing behavior analysis, supervising RBTs, and helping children reach meaningful milestones. We value innovation, collaboration, and continued professional growth.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct assessments and design data-driven treatment plans
  • Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain high ethical and clinical standards
  • Contribute to an environment of teamwork and professional growth

Requirements

  • BCBA certification given by the BACB
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona
