Training Operations Manager APJ

• Support a predictable, AI-enabled learning operations engine across APJ that transforms regional execution into disciplined, data-driven, revenue-aligned outcomes.
• Serve as the operational backbone of the region
• Support systems, not just manage processes, ensuring APJ training operations scale with clarity, control, and commercial rigour.

What we look for

• 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Enablement Operations, or Professional Services Operations within high-growth technology companies.
• Proven experience owning regional operating cadence, forecasting frameworks, and large-scale execution models.
• Strong commercial fluency, including understanding of utilization, forecast variance, and revenue discipline.
• Experience implementing automation, analytics, or AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and predictability.
• Analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into executive-level insight and actionable recommendations.
• Experience operating in matrixed, international environments with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances.
• A structured, systems-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, governance, and scalability.
