Finance Manager

• 📍 Location: Heliopolis, Cairo

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations .
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting .
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and overall liquidity.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans .
• Analyze financial performance, costs, margins, and variances and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure proper inventory valuation, costing, and stock accounting , particularly across distribution and F&B operations.
• Monitor and control operating expenses and identify opportunities for improved cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and statutory requirements .
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures .
• Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making .
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, accuracy, and high performance.
• Work closely with other departments including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Management .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
• 7+ years of relevant experience , with at least 2–3 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role .
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis .
• Solid knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management .
• Experience in FMCG, Distribution, Manufacturing, or F&B is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax regulations .
• Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems .
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to management.
