Tender Specialist / Estimation Engineer

We are hiring a Tender Specialist / Estimation Engineer to join our team in the construction industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in Tendering, Estimation, and Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
• Strong experience in preparing Technical & Commercial Tender Submissions.
• Excellent knowledge of Quantity Take-off, BOQ, and Cost Estimation.
• Experience in analyzing Tender Documents, Drawings, Specifications, and Contracts.
• Ability to prepare detailed Material, Labor, Equipment, and Subcontractor Cost Estimates.
• Strong knowledge of Construction Methods and Pricing.
• Experience in obtaining and analyzing Supplier & Subcontractor Quotations.
• Ability to prepare Tender Comparison Sheets and Commercial Analysis.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and relevant engineering software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines.
