Key Responsibilities

• Maintain security posts and access control points
• Greet and assist guests, visitors, staff, and contractors
• Conduct routine patrols to ensure safety and security standards are maintained
• Monitor entry and exit of personnel, deliveries, and equipment
• Provide escorts when required
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and suspicious activities
• Support safety and security inspections across the property
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence
• Ensure compliance with JA Resorts & Hotels security policies and procedures

Requirements

• Education ✔ High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification ✔ DPS / SIRA Certified
• Experience ✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in the security field
• Computer Skills ✔ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Language Skills ✔ Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
