As a Sr. Sourcing Specialist for Indirect Purchasing, you will drive category sourcing strategies and deliver measurable cost savings and quality optimization for L'Oréal's dynamic marketing services.
- Develop and execute robust sourcing strategies for key Marketing categories to maximize value.
- Lead rigorous RFP/RFQ and bidding processes to achieve the optimal balance between cost efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct deep cost-breakdown analyses on complex SOWs (Statement of Work) to eliminate hidden costs and drive tangible, bottom-line savings.
- Track, analyze, and report financial and procurement performance to key stakeholders.
- Scout, evaluate, and onboard innovative agencies and production studios that align with the latest digital, social media, and market trends.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing supply base, ensuring L'Oréal partners with top-tier, cost-effective vendors.
- Manage supplier performance through KPIs and ensure strict adherence to both local regulations and L'Oréal's ethical, compliance, and sustainability standards.
- Support brand marketing teams by aligning their business demands with procurement strategies, acting as a trusted commercial advisor to optimize their marketing spend.
- Demonstrate agility and flexibility to manage and adapt to various cross-category sourcing requirements as business and market needs evolve.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in Indirect Purchasing with a strong focus on Marketing categories, OR a solid background within a Marketing/Media Agency with strong commercial and cost management acumen.
- Business fluent in both English and Korean (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and outstanding negotiation skills.
- High ethical standards and a strict compliance-oriented mindset.
- Agility to navigate in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
- Studies related to Data Analytics, AI, or equivalent quantitative fields.
- A solid understanding of Market Research procurement is highly preferred.
