About The Role
- 1.负责搭建集团HRBP管理体系、工作流程与考核标准。
- 2.负责HRBP团队的统筹管理，包括人员配置、能力培养、搭建HRBP人才培养体系。
- 3.负责跟踪行业HRBP发展趋势与标杆企业实践，结合集团转型需求，引入先进的HRBP管理理念与方法。
- 4.完成上级交办的其他与HRBP管理相关的工作任务，助力人力资源管理体系的持续完善与升级。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 人力资源管理、企业管理等相关专业；
- 3年以上人力资源相关领域工作经验；
- 英语达到CET-6或同等水平；
- 熟练使用Office系列办公软件；
- 熟悉人力资源六大模块，掌握一定的人力资源专业相关的理论知识。
